Center Chief

As Center Chief, you'll oversee daily operations including field activities, home visits, and stock management. Weekly, you'll conduct staff meetings and ensure YL records are up to date. Monthly tasks involve report preparation, sales analysis, and attending meetings. Annually, you'll participate in company-wide events and contribute to strategic planning.

Special Project Unit

The job entails checking stocks, maintaining center cleanliness, updating sales boards and YL ledgers, conducting meetings with Yakult Ladies, forecasting daily delivery stocks, accompanying low-selling Yakult Ladies for sales upliftment, inspecting cooling facilities during deliveries, engaging in daily propagation and recruitment activities, preparing weekly activity reports, monthly sales and materials reports, assisting in collecting YL returns, and performing basic secretary duties if needed, as well as delivering YL stocks when the driver is unavailable.
