ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Experience in managing all the Bookkeeping and Business

- Administration activities of the organization.

- Reviews and analyzes accounting data; verifies journal entries and supporting documents

- Assists in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports

JOB QUALIFICATION:

- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy

- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

- With a minimum of 2 years working experience as an Accountant in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

- Must have strong supervisory skills and good communication.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Conducts scheduled audits and emergency audits when commissioned by the Management.

- Analyzes work flows and procedural risk factors to safeguard business operations; recommends corrective/preventive actions to strengthen internal control.

- Reviews compliance of records and other documents to company-established policies, work processes and standard procedures; issues audit findings, as necessary.

- Prepares audit reports with recommendations for improvements; communicates audit findings to the Management and employees concerned.

JOB QUALIFICATION

-Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any-business related course.

- Must have at least 1-year extensive experience in audit/ FMCG.

- Must have knowledge of audit standards, legal compliance, and documentation requirements.

- Must be analytical, keen on details and can do work independently.
